If you call after hours during the week Monday-Friday before 8:00AM or after 5:00PM your call is transferred to our after hours phone service. The representative will take your information and take notes on the reason for your call. They will then get a hold of the technicians or manager on call, who will then call you back to confirm a time they will arrive. If you call on Saturday between 8:00AM-5:00PM, our on call CSR will answer your call. After 5:00PM your call is transferred to our after hours phone service. They will then get a hold of the technicians or manager on call, who will then call you back with a time they can arrive.
You will pay a little more to get a technician to your home after hours but they do not charge more for the work you want them to perform. Our prices come directly from our pricing guide; therefore, we do not have a different set of prices for work performed in the evening or on weekends.
Sundays are a time that we have promised our employees to keep sacred. We give them this day to spend with their families without having to worry about being called away for work. Many of our employees use this time to recharge, observe a religious day or just unwind.
We are closed on Sundays and our technicians don’t run calls on Sundays. If you call in, your information will be collected and you will receive a call on Monday morning as soon as we are in the office.
We are happy to honor any warranty on our work or equipment. If you have an issue that you feel is still covered under warranty, please call us.
If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty that can’t wait until Monday, please call another company to fix your issue. If you have to pay for work that is under warranty from A&A Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling, we will reimburse you the cost of the repairs that were made on Sunday up to $250. Contact us Monday and a manager can help you submit your invoice for reimbursement.
We are closed Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Any warranty issues will be handled the same way we handle Sundays.
