Vince and Alex came around 9 am on Monday 7-7-25. They got to work, examined the problem, tried to shut the water from SAWS side. That didn't work, called SAWS to fix their shut off valve. SAWS did come and fix the valve. Vince and Alex showed up again and fixed our water leak. End of story, except Mgmt could fix their van's AC. Two or three weeks during the summer doesn't help their attitude with the heat. Just a reminder to look out for the people who do the job and bring in the revenue...
