We had a bit of an emergency with water shooting from our front lawn, and as a first time home owner, I didn't know what to do at all. A&A Plumbing quickly sent out a technician/plumber within a few hours. Paul Rodriguez, our tech, explained everything to me in full detail; the full issue causing the leak, how the piping works, my options, and even what to do in the future post-resolution. He was clearly passionate about his job and not only saved the day, but educated us thoroughly as well. I fully recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

Water heater went out night before service date. Called for service at 8:00 am, had a tech at my house by 10:00 am, same day !! The dispatcher who answered took her time with me on the phone, didn't rush me to get the next call. The Techs, Jason and Jordan were very professional, polite and respectful of my home. Explained the issue and provided options. During final inspection, he put on shoe protectors when they entered my home. Minor issue during the installation, Jason called me about 3 times, making sure it was resolved, offered to come back if needed. I would call A&A again for my next plumbing problem.

Jason & Jordan came out late on Friday after I realized I had no hot water. They found my water heater had rusted through. These guys ended up getting a new heater installed along with upgrading cutoffs and whatnot in just a few hours and just did a marvelous job. Very friendly & explained everything.
