If your water heater is experiencing any of the following issues, call A&A Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for Expert Water Heater Repair Services as soon as possible to avoid permanent damage:
One of the biggest giveaways that your water heater is in need of professional repair from A&A Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is if the temperature of the water from your faucets and appliances is fluctuating. When sediment and mineral deposits build up in a water heater tank, this can lead to your appliances and plumbing not getting the appropriate amount of hot water – if any at all! Whether your hot water is not sustaining the length you need it to or you are not getting any hot water at all, you will need to contact A&A Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling right away.
Mineral deposits and sediment buildup can also affect the water pressure from your faucets and plumbing. If you notice the water pressure is weak when you turn on your hot water specifically, you will need to call A&A Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for Expert Water Heater Repair Services as soon as possible.
Anytime that your water heater begins leaking, particularly hot water, you will need to contact A&A Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling immediately. Leaking hot water is a clear indication that there is something failing or clogged within your hot water heater tank.
A buildup of minerals and sediment in your water heater can result in discolored or cloudy water from your tap. Water that is either cloudy or rust colored is a red flag for professional repair service. Additionally, if the water has a distinct smell to it, this is also likely due to a buildup of sediment in the tank. If your hot water is cloudy and smelling funny, call A&A Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling right away to avoid potential negative health effects!
There are a number of reasons that could cause your water heater to suddenly start making loud, unfamiliar noises that you’ve never heard it make before, including sediment buildup. If your water heater has suddenly started making odd noises that you do not recognize, you are likely in need of Expert Water Heater Repair Services from A&A Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling.
Most of the listed water heater issues above are all rooted in mineral deposits and sediment buildup. This is why it is extremely important to have your water heater professionally maintained at least once a year by a certified problem at A&A Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. If you have not had your water heater tuned-up in the last year and suspect you may be having issues, you likely do and it is likely due to the neglect of proper maintenance. Nonetheless, you will likely need a A&A Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling technician to come out and try to flush your water heater and complete any necessary repairs.

Very happy with A&A Plumbing right now... In the last 6 months, they have visited us twice and both visits were wonderful experiences. Matthew Flores (6 months ago) and Evan Bylsma (yesterday) deserve high praise for their courtesy, professionalism, effectiveness and efficiency in taking care of our plumbing issues. About 6 months ago, Matthew Flores from A&A Plumbing took care of 2 problems: a clogged drain (sink) and issues with our hot water heater. For both issues, Matthew Flores was superlative!!! He solved all problems, and even helped resolve a problem with a faucet manufacturer (Pfister) by giving the Pfister trouble-shooter critical information which led to Pfister agreeing to send us a (free) replacement faucet. Matthew went above-and-beyond, was HONEST with us about what he thought he could / could not do -- very TRUSTWORTHY! Also, was able to very clearly explain what was wrong and what he could do to fix it, and successfully completed all of his work without any need for a call-back or follow-up visit. I am still very happy with Matthew's work, six months later. Matthew also had an assistant with him (cannot remember his name) who was also helpful. As part of the service from 6 months ago, A&A Plumbing offered a free follow-up visit where they would check out the entire plumbing and offer a free hot-water-heater flush. That free follow-up visit occurred yesterday, and Evan Bylsma was just as courteous and professional as Matthew Flores was. He completed all work, with me by his side most of the time--Evan was very able to answer all questions and offer tremendous advice. I am very happy with both visits and I am glad I called them when I needed help. I don't provide many reviews, but felt Matthew and Evan deserved high praise, and by extension, A&A Plumbing also deserves high praise.

Melanie really did help us out. She came out very fast and earlier into the day and re routed our drainage piping to allow easier flow and cleaned out the existing drainage pipe so thst our ac wouldn't overflow with water anymore. It gave us so much peace of mind that we were really taken care of and had nothing to worry about with our AC unit.

The average life expectancy of a water heater is around eight to twelve years but it is important to take into account the manufacturer’s suggested service life of your particular model as well when trying to estimate its lifespan.
Water heaters can take a long time to heat up for many reasons. Some houses have longer pipelines, which means it takes longer for warm water to reach the faucet. If you find that it takes awhile for your water to get hot, call a plumbing technician to help resolve the issue.
The most common reason a water heater will stop working is sediment buildup, especially as the water heater ages. When water is heated, minerals like calcium and magnesium collect along the sides of the tank and the burner. If these minerals are not filtered out of the water heater, they form a sediment barrier that will settle on the burner and seriously affect your water heater’s performance.
It can be dangerous to have a leaking water heater. If the Temperature and Pressure valve fails to turn off your water heater when the temperature or pressure is too high, your water heater could explode. If you notice your water heater is leaking, call a trusted plumber at A&A Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling as soon as possible, to be safe.
Preston and Melanie were incredibly polite and professional. They answered all our questions thoroughly and worked quickly to help get our system repaired as soon as possible. They made us feel confident in the process and nothing felt shady or confusing, like we have experienced with other companies. They took the time to explain everything clearly, including the costs, and broke it all down so we fully understood what to expect. I highly recommend them both!
