We experienced what turned out to be a foundation leak in our custom built home. Initially, we had a 130 year old Plumbing company from San Antonio come out to diagnose the problem. They found the leak after cutting through our drywall in 3 places. In the process they installed a new garbage disposal, which took them 20 minutes, and they charged us $881.00 ... outrageous. We denied allowing them to fix the leak ... they were way overpriced and wanted to invade more drywall INSIDE our custom home. We called A&A Plumbing in Schertz based on their good reviews. Arriving to the rescue was Mr. Kyle Hunt, a tradesman plumber. Kyle refused to invade the drywall inside the home and creatively looked for another solution, which he found! Halleujah!! Kyle ran pex pipe from the garage hot water heater (the cold line) with ONE hole up through the ceiling IN THE CLOSET where the water softener and hot water heater are located. Then through the UNFINISHED storage area over the garage and back into the kitchen with, believe me, MINIMAL invasion or damage. Kyle, in essence, performed a miracle!! We are so grateful for his willingness to think outside the box and help folks that were losing sleep over the debacle. It's practically impossible to say enough good things about Kyle and A&A Plumbing where everyone we spoke to was pleasant and HELPFUL! Folks, you don't find this everywhere ... other companies could learn lessons from this company.
